- Chopsticks are made of 100% natural, rustic rosewood without using any chemicals, dyeing or toxic cleaning. The wooden body is polished by a special machine.
- The body of the wand has been steam dried at 100 C°, to reduce shrinkage and warping when used.

* ATTENTION WHEN USING:
- Absolutely do not boil, steam at high temperature because it can bend the chopstick body and peel off the glue at the tip of the chopsticks.
- Clean with normal dishwashing liquid, First wash with water 2 times with a little pink color (this is completely non-toxic wood plastic, does not affect anything) any natural wood soaked in water will produce plastic the wood is pink and clears after the next few washes.
- Do not expose to direct sunlight (Deform chopsticks due to temperature changes) rinse with water to dry and keep chopsticks beautiful.

* The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

-Processing Time: After receiving your order after 24h we start production time to produce and check the quality, packing 3-5 working days. We then bring it from the warehouse to the shipping company.

- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 20 - 25 business days.
- Shipping to the United States takes 10 to 15 business days
- Other parts of the world time from 15 to 25 business days

- We allow you to cancel your order or change the design content within 24 hours from the time you place an order, please contact us immediately. After 24 hours, we have manufactured them and you cannot replace or cancel.

- If your product is damaged, confused, broken, missing prints, etc. Please message or email us with a picture of the product We will fix it for you
