We work from every Mon to Fri and here’s how quick we are with our production and shipping of your orders:
- We use DHL eCommerce or USPS shipping to ship to the US, other places we use Royal Mail. Particularly for Australia, there is Australia Post's service

* The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

-Processing Time: After receiving your order after 24h we start production time to produce and check the quality, packing 3-5 working days. We then bring it from the warehouse to the shipping company.

- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 20 - 25 business days.
- Shipping to the United States takes 10 to 15 business days
- Other parts of the world time from 15 to 25 business days

WHEN ORDER IS SHIPPED, THE ORDER IS NOT REFUNDED AT

- We allow you to cancel your order or change the design content within 24 hours from the time you place an order, please contact us immediately. After 24 hours, we have manufactured them and you cannot replace or cancel.
- We do not return as it is a personalized item for you. If the item has a manufacturer defect, we will refund the item.
- If your product is damaged, confused, broken, missing prints, etc. Please message or email us with a picture of the product We will fix it for you
